Ms. Rodriguez Bustillos brings over thirty years of experience in organizational and talent development, working across various industries and markets, providing expertise in critical skill sets such as business strategy, top-level executive coaching, process and systems improvement, succession planning, and organizational design.
Further, she offers a blend of multi-cultural in-depth understanding which stems from her long and enriching professional journey coaching and consulting in different Regions as Latin America, Asia, among others, making her a true asset to successfully work with leaders from around the world.
Through her progressively senior roles at companies including Procter & Gamble and Estee Lauder, Ms. Rodríguez has helped executives, across a variety of industries, successfully navigate their businesses through flawless transitions designed to drive more robust bottom-line growth.
Recognizing her passion and talent for helping C-Suite leaders unlock their potential, Ms. Rodríguez decided to pursue a certification in Executive Coaching from Columbia University. Currently, she serves a spectrum of multi-sized organizations, from large public and private companies, to closely held family-owned businesses. She consults with CEO and C-Suite executives, offering innovative and practical approaches to strengthen their foundational systems while putting forward-thinking, recovery, and growth strategies in place.
